MELBOURNE, FL, October 27, 2009 – Autumn’s chill is nowhere in sight but dancers will have the chance to “chill” to the sounds of the Space Coast’s own Swingtime Jazz Band – part of the Melbourne Municipal Band  – when it presents its annual No Snow Ball at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, at the Melbourne Auditorium.
